I’m on a quest to find the best IPA in Portland, OR. It’s my opinion that the best test of a micro-brewery’s talent is the quality of their IPA. I know, I know…it’s not very scientific, but that’s my strategy and I’m sticking to it. I’ve found that when a brewery masters the IPA, it usually does a great job with the rest.
